Top of the List: Kansas City-area manufacturers

In this week’s edition, the Kansas City Business Journal ranks the top manufacturers in the Kansas City area. This year’s list saw a lot of changes, including eight companies that didn’t appear on last year’s list. Among the top five companies on the list, there were 15,745 employees, up 675 from last year. $12M development to be built next year in U. City

Construction is expected to begin early next year on a $12 million commercial development on University City's western edge, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
