Nestlé Purina PetCare Co. of St. Louis is one of seven businesses or organizations that have won the 2010 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the nation’s highest presidential honor for performance excellence, U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke said Tuesday.
