Missouri Partnership Celebrates Economic Development Week

It’s Economic Development Week! Created by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) in 2016, Economic Development Week aims to increase awareness of local programs that create jobs, advance career development opportunities, and improve communities’ quality of life everywhere.

What better time to take a moment to celebrate some of the work we do here at Missouri Partnership? Our organization is tasked with attracting companies from around the world to invest in Missouri to create jobs, expand payroll, and grow Missouri’s economy.

Many of these businesses are in the state’s key sectors, including agtech, health innovation, advanced manufacturing, distribution, and logistics and more.

In recent months, Missouri Partnership has worked with statewide partners to create nearly 1,500 new jobs, more than $93 million in new payroll, and more than $1.2 billion in capital investment.

These successful projects include companies such as Meta, Deli Star Corporation, Ostara, TierPoint, MSI, Hallmark, ALPLA Inc., Walgreens, Vir Biotechnology Inc., Verde Resources, Circular SynTech, and RLE International just to name a few.

Missouri Partnership is proud to work with our partners throughout the state who focus on delivering the best solutions for growing companies. Bottom line, we work hard to make sure investing in Missouri is a simple process while also helping reducing risks for businesses.

Our team is here to assist companies when the time is right to explore expansion locations. We are an expert resource dedicated to assisting businesses throughout the entire site selection process.
