Paddio, a full-service mortgage lender specializing in conventional and FHA home loans, recently announced the successful creation of 100 new jobs at its office in Springfield, Missouri. The company, which launched in 2020, also announced new plans to double its workforce to 200 employees by the end of 2021.

“Springfield offers a vibrant community full of opportunity,” said Ryan Kluttz, Director of Production with Paddio. “We’re excited to recruit passionate, hard-working people into our work family and to help the community thrive.”

Mortgage Research Center, LLC, the parent company to Paddio and Veterans United Home Loans, has also seen tremendous growth in Missouri. Mortgage Research Center founded Paddio to bring non-veteran homebuyers the high-quality customer experience served through Veterans United.

Mortgage Research Center credits Missouri’s large financial industry talent pool, along with the “strong work ethic and Midwest values,” as key reasons for the unprecedented growth.
