Video: Welcome To Callaway Energy Centre

Located in central Missouri, the Callaway Energy Centre is home to a 78 acre certified site, zoned for industrial projects. The site includes 11 lots, and lot sizes within tracts can be adjusted to suit the specific project needs and requirements.

A certified site in Missouri requires the ground be mostly clear and level, be at least 25 acres, be intended for business use, have at least a six-inch water main, industrial capacity sanitary sewer, and three-phase 12 kilovolt electric infrastructure.

This Fulton site has the capacity for 250,000 gallons per day (GPD) water, and 2.1 million GPD sewer treatment from the City of Fulton. The city also provides 60 PSI natural gas via a 6-inch gas main, and the Callaway Electric Cooperative provides 12.4 kv of electricity.

The site has easy access to the 4-lane US highway 54, and is just 6 miles from interstate 70. The Callaway Energy Centre also features state-of-the-art, high speed fiber optic connectivity from tier 1 and tier 2 providers for projects needing as much as 100 gigabits per second.

With its location in the center of Missouri, able to pull talent from Columbia, Jefferson City, the University of Missouri and the surrounding region, direct access to a 4-lane highway, just 6 miles from a major interstate and its established utilities, the grated, flat, shovel-ready site is perfect for your next facility.
