Sigma-Aldrich Corp. said this morning it will pay $350 million in cash to buy BioReliance Holdings Inc. from Avista Capital Partners, the St. Louis Business Journal reports. BioReliance is a Rockville, Md.-based biopharmaceutical testing company. more
