SensoryEffects, a Bridgeton-based manufacturer of food and beverage ingredients and flavors, has bought the dairy and non-dairy creamer business from Quality Ingredients Corp. in Wisconsin.
Following the acquisition, SensoryEffects officials projected revenue of $250 million.
