Missouri Partnership Expands Business Recruitment and Legal Support Team

Kim GerltMissouri Partnership announced today that Kim Gerlt has been hired full-time as Business Recruitment Manager and Legal Specialist.

In this role, Gerlt will further business attraction projects across Missouri by providing project support to the project recruitment team and managing the RFI and real estate search process with community partners throughout the state. She will also support Missouri Partnership’s General Counsel.

Gerlt joined Missouri Partnership in 2020 in a part-time capacity. She will move to her new full-time role on April 5.

Prior to her roles at Missouri Partnership, Gerlt has served as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of The Missouri Bar, as Special Assistant to the Director at Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions and Professional Registration, as Deputy Director, Boards and Commissions in the Office of Governor Nixon, and as an investigator in the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. She graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
