A Massachusetts-based company that pays businesses for waste, which it processes into a fuel source, is opening a recycling and manufacturing facility northwest of Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.

Materials Lifecycle Management Co. plans to invest $7 million to $10 million to open a 90,000 square-foot facility and hire 100 employees over the next two years to work there, in jobs that start at $15 an hour, its founder, president and CEO Mark Dupuis said Tuesday.
