The Kansas City Council on Thursday approved the Kansas City, Kan., aircraft company’s plan to move into Kansas City International Airport’s overhaul base on March 1.
The long-term leases for Jet Midwest to occupy two buildings at the massive maintenance facility were approved following a Thursday morning presentation by the company and the city Aviation Department to the council’s Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
