General Dynamics Land Systems wins contract for weapons station

Sterling Heights-based General Dynamics Land Systems announced it has been awarded a $92 million contract to supply mounted weapon stations to the U.S. Army Tacom Life Cycle Management Command in Warren.

The contract will fund work at GDLS’s facilities in Sterling Heights; Lima, Ohio; and Anniston, Ala. The work is scheduled to be completed by February 2013.
