Express Scripts Inc. has agreed to acquire pharmacy benefit management company Medco Health Solutions Inc. of Franklin Lakes, N.J., in a deal worth $29 billion, the St. Louis Business Journal reports.
The corporate headquarters will be in St. Louis and George Paz will serve as chairman and CEO of the combined companies.
