Boeing Co. has won U.S. antitrust approval to buy defense manufacturer Argon ST Inc., the Federal Trade Commission said on Tuesday.
Boeing said in early June that it would buy Argon for about $775 million to beef up its capabilities in sensors, communications technologies and information management.
