Ascent, a St. Louis-based developer and operator of data centers, plans to build a new $85 million data center in St. Louis.
The data center will be built near the Plymouth Industrial Park in Wellston and be called the STL1. Ascent CEO Phil Horstmann said the data center will be designed to tap into the growing biotechnology, life sciences and startup communities in St. Louis.
