Colorado’s Global Med Technologies Inc., a medical-information technology company, has agreed to be bought by Haemonetics Corp. in a deal worth $60 million for shareholders.
Braintree, Mass.-based Haemonetics has offered to buy all outstanding shares in Global Med Technologies, a Lakewood-based blood-collection software company with locations in the U.S. and Europe.
