Express Scripts Holding Co., officials are planning to add a new $56 million, 220,000-square-foot building on its north St. Louis County campus, pending approval of tax incentives from the county and state of Missouri, according to Brian Henry, vice president of corporate communications.
The new building would make way for nearly 1,500 jobs through 2018, Henry said.
