Two Missouri Cities Named Among America’s Emerging Tech Hot Spots

Kansas City and St. Louis, Missouri, have been named America’s emerging tech hot spots, according to MarketWatch.com. The cities came in together at number five on the list.

The list highlighted Google Fiber’s choice top launch in Kansas City, as well as the city’s recent ranking as “Best City In The U.S. For Women In Tech”, while referencing St. Louis’ downtown area thriving with co-working spaces, tech incubators, VC firms and huge number of start-ups.

Missouri’s tech hub benefits from low operating costs, turnkey communications infrastructure and efficient access to global data markets via convenient fiber. Additionally, organizations like LaunchCode and Claim Academy are delivering IT talent at an accelerated rate for Missouri employers.
