TSI, a technology company that specializes in voice and data applications and system design, has partnered with a Springfield, Mo.-based firm, ServiceWorld Computer Center, to create TSI Technology Solutions LLC, which will operate in Springfield.
Robert Bray, the owner of TSI, and Doug Pitt, the owner of ServiceWorld, will both have an ownership stake in the company, according to the Springfield News-Leader. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
