RiverVest Venture Partners, the Clayton-based venture capital firm that specializes in life sciences companies, has plans to create a new $150 million venture capital fund, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
According to the SEC filing, the venture firm will create the RiverVest Venture Fund III.
