Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP has announced plans to renew its lease in the Commerce Bank Building, 1000 Walnut St., for 12 more years.
The firm, which has called the area home for more than a century, plans to expand its space from 55,000 to 63,000 square feet and complete renovations, including the additions of a new conference center and collaborative work space.
