Nixon signs $200 million Chinese trade deal

Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon today signed another trade agreement with China, this time for $200 million with Hebei provincial officials. The agreement includes $100 million in Missouri exports to the Chinese province over the next three years and another $100 million investment in Missouri by Chinese businesses as well. Two St. Louis companies, Arcturis, an architecture and design firm, and Mediomics, a biomedical research firm, also signed agreements with customers in Hebei this morning. more
