#MoreMissouri 2020: Missouri Selected for Global Company’s New PPE Distribution Center

Missouri delivers more than you expect. In Missouri, you’ll find more of everything. More global industries. More diverse assets. More affordability. All month long, Missouri Partnership is celebrating “more” by taking a look back at some of Missouri’s biggest stories in economic development from 2020. Today, we’re checking out Optimas Solutions’ investment in Missouri.

In October, Optimas Solutions, a leading global industrial manufacturer, distributor, and service provider, invested in Missouri with a new facility in Overland. Optimas Solutions invested in the new facility to help meet growing demands from customers for personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).

“A key pillar of our Show Me Strong Recovery Plan is expanding Missouri’s PPE reserves, which includes localizing the supply chain,” said Governor Mike Parson. “We are thrilled to work with Optimas Solutions and support its new nationwide distribution hub in St. Louis, which will be a huge asset not only to Missouri but the entire United States.”
