A Missouri-based hospital has been ranked among the best in the country. U.S. News & World ranked St. Louis-based Barnes-Jewish Hospital as the 11th best hospital in the nation. The report ranks hospitals that deliver exceptional treatment across multiple areas of care. This is the 24th consecutive year that Barnes-Jewish Hospital has made the list.
The hospital, which is part of BJC HealthCare, ranked as the number one hospital in Missouri. It was nationally ranked in 12 specialties and was designated as high performing in nine procedures and conditions, including cancer, cardiology and neurology.
