Missouri Colleges and Universities Rank High in New Report

Twelve Missouri colleges and universities were ranked among the best overall in the United States in US News and World Report’s latest rankings of the Best Colleges.

Washington University, tied for 15th, continued to be the highest ranked national university in Missouri. Saint Louis University (96th), University of Missouri (103rd), Missouri University of Science and Technology (146th) and Maryville University (161st), and University of Missouri – Kansas City (194th) were also included in the national university rankings.

Four Missouri regional universities were included in the top 30 in the Midwest: Truman State University (8th), Drury University (11th), Rockhurst University (18th – tied), and Webster University (26th – tied).

Two Missouri regional colleges were included in the top 30 in the Midwest: College of the Ozarks (4th) and Stephens College (29th).
