Missouri Certified Site: Riverside Horizons Business Park

Located in western Missouri, on the outskirts of Missouri’s second largest city, Kansas City – home to half a million people – the Riverside Horizons Business Park is an 800 acre certified mixed-use business park zoned for light industrial use. 542 of the acres are already owned by the City of Riverside.

A certified site in Missouri requires the ground be mostly clear and level, be at least 25 acres, be intended for business use, have at least a six-inch water main, industrial capacity sanitary sewer, and three-phase 12 kilovolt electric infrastructure.

This Platte County site has the capacity for 5 million gallons per day (GPD) water provided by Missouri American Water, and 8.7 million GPD sewer treatment from the City of Riverside. KCP&L provides the site with 12.47 kv of electricity and Spire provides the site with natural gas via a four-inch main.

The site is located directly adjacent to interstate highway 635, is just three miles from interstate highway 29, and is 14 miles from the Kansas City International airport.

With its location in Western Missouri, in a community of half a million, with established utilities and with easy access to two intestates and an international airport, this shovel ready site is perfect for your next facility.
