Private-equity investor Madison Dearborn Partners LLC has agreed to purchase Bway Holding Co., an Atlanta-based supplier of metal and plastic containers, for $915 million in cash and debt and plans to take the company private.
Chicago-based Madison Dearborn will acquire Bway for $20 cash per share, which would amount to $447.2 million based on the 22.36 million shares outstanding as of Feb. 5.
