Food Solutions Company Invests in Missouri with New Production Facility

Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria is growing the delivery of its frozen pizzas, pastas, and sauces following the completed renovation of its frozen pizza production facility in St. Louis, Missouri. The food solutions company ships frozen foods and groceries nationwide.

The renovated production facility boasts two Earthstone wood-fired ovens and a custom John Boos & Co. block table for hand-stretching dough – the world’s largest of its kind. The new investment created 20 new jobs in the region.

Katie’s pizzas are hand-stretched and baked in 700-degree, wood-fired ovens, then immediately blast chilled and shipped in special packaging. With the new investment, Katie’s has added new pizza and pasta flavors: wood fired sausage, mushroom, and bacon pizza; wood-fired Italian vegetable pizza; black garlic burrata cheese pizza; and fresh house-made black spaghetti.Missouri’s food solutions industry has seen tremendous growth this year.
