Fenton Logistics Park to break ground next summer

The business park is planned for the site that once was home to a Chrysler plant.

Construction of the 190-acre Fenton Logistics Park is expected to start next summer, with occupancy expected in 2017, Scott Haley of KP Development told the Fenton Board of Aldermen on Thursday night.

The development will include office space (290,000 square feet), manufacturing facilities (345,000 square feet), warehouse/distribution facilities (420,000 square feet), logistics (420,000 square feet), flex space/end users (480,000 square feet) and retail/restaurant/hotel space (182,500 square feet).
