USA800 Inc. plans to open a call center in North Kansas City by June 1 and hire 200 new employees within 90 days, the company announced Friday.
The 150-workstation, 14,000-square-foot facility will be at 7306 NW Tiffany Springs Parkway, just three miles from Kansas City International Airport.
The location will be Raytown-based USA800’s fourth. It already has plans for a fifth sometime in 2017, CEO Tom Davis said in a release.
Its existing facilities include a 500-workstation site in St. Joseph, 300 workstations at its headquarters and 220 workstations in Lawrence.
