Boeing said Wednesday that it agreed to acquire privately held network security firm Narus for an undisclosed amount.
Narus, which employs about 150 people worldwide, is based in Sunnyvale, Calif. It provides network traffic and analytics software used to protect Internet Protocol networks from cyber attacks.
