All month long Missouri Partnership is taking a look back at 31 of Missouri’s biggest stories in economic development from the past year. Today we are taking a look at FedEx Ground Package System’s new Springfield, Missouri distribution center.
On October 20 FedEx Ground Package System held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on their new 225,000 sq. ft. facility in Springfield, Missouri.
The expanded facility includes 55 loading doors, 125 van loading locations and is expected to ship more then 30,000 packages each day.
