St. Louis lands $1M for life science start-ups

St. Louis has been awarded a $1 million two-year federal grant— one of six grants handed out nationwide — for life science start-ups.
The grant winner is a regional collaboration, brought together by the Coalition for Plant and Life Sciences and the BioGenerator, that includes St. Louis County, St. Louis City, the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, Saint Louis University, the University of Missouri-St. Louis and Washington University.
