Spring Venture Group plans to move its headquarters from Leawood to bigger digs near Crown Center to help the firm add roughly 400 employees in the next three years.
The relocation to Missouri means the firm will have to forfeit prior incentives from Kansas.
The 105-employee company said it would begin hiring immediately and intends to take on an additional 100 employees within the next nine to 12 months, COO Jeffery Anderson said in an email. The company, which has more than tripled its head count since 2011, announced the move and hiring plans Wednesday morning.
Formed in 2007, the firm offers online comparison quotes primarily for insurance, along with other customer-acquisition services for insurance carriers and law firms.
