Online retailer Yogabed chooses Missouri for new distribution center

The Atlanta-based mattress retailer’s decision to open a new distribution and fulfillment center in Chesterfield Valley was largely influenced by Missouri’s strategic location.
Yogabed expects to employ 10 to 20 workers at the distribution/fulfillment center to be located at 716 Crown Industrial Court. A customer service and call center also will be based at the facility, which is scheduled to open March 1.
“The new DFC (distribution/fulfillment center) is strategically located in the center of the United States – in St. Louis – which allows us to reach the majority of our customers in one to two days,” Yogabed co-founder Chris Marsh, said in a statement.
Yogabed, which was launched in 2015, is an online retailer of foam mattresses and sleep accessories.
