Netelligent, Datotel carry on local data center boom

In 2012, Netelligent moved its headquarters into a new 21,000-square-foot building, hired 24 new employees (bringing its total head count to 70) and booked record revenue of $33 million.

Not bad for a 9-year-old company.

Netelligent is just one example of a St. Louis firm that has benefited from the data center boom. As more and more companies turn to outside providers to manage their IT infrastructure, St. Louis has blossomed into a hub for outsourcing data center operations.
