Missouri Industrial Park Receives National Recognition

Monroe City was recently honored by the business publication Trade and Industrial Development as the home of the Ralls County Industrial Park, which the publication dubbed the third best site for business location in 2013.

The publication noted key features such as the industrial park’s close proximity to two Class 1 railroads, St. Louis and several highways, the nearby Clarence Cannon Dam’s capacity to provide 58,000 kilowatts of electricity, and the inclusion of a 3,500-foot asphalt runway for corporate air travel. The Ralls County Industrial Park is also complete with utilities, making it ideal for moving in quickly. The top expansion site listed by the publication is located in Washington, with the second place site residing in Florida.
