MEMC Electronic Materials Inc.bizWatch said Wednesday it plans to buy the privately held U.S. subsidiary of solar power plant developer Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) in a deal totaling up to $238.5 million.
FRV U.S.’s solar portfolio includes operations at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada and 28 projects currently in various stages of development.
