Holman Boiler Works, Inc., the nation’s largest full-service boiler solutions provider, has signed a commercial property lease to expand operations to 14,000-square-foot at its current Fenton, Mo. facility in Greater St. Louis, announced Johnson Group Inc. for Live Oak Development, L.C. Holman was represented in the transaction by Alex Cain of Cassidy Turley’s St. Louis office. Holman is also known as Trabue Industrial Services in the local St. Louis community and market.
“Holman is upgrading its facilities in the Greater St. Louis market,” said John Marrinucci, CEO of Holman Boiler Works, Inc. “The Company is expanding as a direct result of the growth of our business in the greater St. Louis area. The facility’s new layout will allow us to broaden our capability for supporting larger service, maintenance, and repair projects in order to better service clients.
