A southeastern Missouri health cooperative is getting about $2 million in state incentives to expand.
The Hometown Innovation Team plans to renovate three buildings in in downtown Cape Girardeau for its headquarters and create 135 new jobs. The company was to get $1.3 million for hiring new workers. It also was to receive $750,000 for buying equipment and developing an employee training program.
