DST Systems Inc. has bought Subserveo Inc., a Canadian company that provides software for broker-dealers and investment advisers.
The companies did not disclose terms of the deal. Kansas City-based DST announced the deal late Monday, saying it would be marketed under the DST Brokerage Solutions banner in the United States.
