Cushman & Wakefield Expands In Missouri, Adds 600 New Jobs

img_0905Cushman & Wakefield U.S. Inc., a global leader in commercial real estate services, plans to locate its new 90,000 sq. ft. office in Town and Country, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. The $17.4 million expansion is expected to add 600 new jobs to the St. Louis region.

Cushman & Wakefield is among the largest commercial real estate services firms with revenues of $5 billion. The firm operates approximately 250 offices in more than 60 countries and has more than 43,000 employees. Cushman & Wakefield has been in St. Louis for 90 years, with more than 900 employees already in the area.
