AT&T announced today that it will hire 65 additional people for its Joplin Call Center by the end of the year, according to Katie Nagus, company spokesperson.
The jobs are for Business Customer Service Specialist positions in AT&T’s small business segment, and employees answer customer/client requests or inquiries concerning service, products, billing, equipment and claims.
