New business to locate in Salisbury

On Monday the Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation, Chariton County and the city of Salisbury announced that JC Solutions LLC, a producer of agricultural products, will locate its manufacturing and packaging operations in Salisbury.
The project will include a capital investment of $1.25 million and create “dozens of local jobs” when in full production, an MAEDC release said.
The company will move into the industrial building at 400 W. Highway 24 that was formerly occupied by SEMCO.
