Mallinckrodt, the Hazelwood-based pharmaceuticals business being spun off from Covidien, said it has entered a co-promotion agreement with Horizon Pharma Inc. to promote Duexis, a proprietary single-tablet combination of ibuprofen and famotidine used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
