325-Acre Industrial Park Breaks Ground In Hazelwood, Missouri

NorthPoint Development recently broke ground on a new 325-acre industrial park in Hazelwood, Missouri. The new development, named Hazelwood TradePort, could house up to 4 million square feet of new construction, including a new 252,272 sq. ft. industrial spec building.

According to the City of Hazelwood, NorthPoint is planning to invest $219 million in the park that would create 2,163 jobs and feature nine industrial facilities. NorthPoint was also the developer behind the $109 million Hazelwood Logistics Center, which was recently chosen to house Amazon’s first fulfillment center in Missouri.

“We’re eager once again to work with NorthPoint on another massive industrial business park that will drive economic growth for the entire region,” said Hazelwood Mayor Matthew Robinson.
